Swimmer
Used cap in open water and pool with temperature range 45 to 59 degrees. Cap provided protection, and comfort. This prevented me to having to wear a hood with more restrictive motion. I highly recommend this swim cap.

Swim caps
Purchase swim caps. I am in the pool 4 times a week swimming 1,000 yards each time. Choline is hard on swimsuits, swim caps, fins and all other equipment. Swim outlet is my go to place for all my swim needs.
