Great for a cold water triathlon, wore this under the required cap in 58 degree f water and it was perfect.

Used cap in open water and pool with temperature range 45 to 59 degrees. Cap provided protection, and comfort. This prevented me to having to wear a hood with more restrictive motion. I highly recommend this swim cap.

Swim caps
Purchase swim caps. I am in the pool 4 times a week swimming 1,000 yards each time. Choline is hard on swimsuits, swim caps, fins and all other equipment. Swim outlet is my go to place for all my swim needs.
