Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have this bottom in small and it's a wee bit less coverage in back than I'm accustomed to so I got it in a medium BUT the crotch length of the medium is too long so it sits at a weird point on my hips. (i'm short 5'2" and 124lbs) I gave the medium to my daughter and it look amazing on her!
Needless to say, I'm ordering 2 more in each of the remaining colors before they are gone! Really stays put during my lap swims! Obviously, grown accustomed to less coverage in the back!

Bottoms felt a little tight. I'm normally a medium. I got the top and bottom and both were a little tight. I could have sized up. Measurements C37/W29/H40 I weightlift and do crossfit.
