Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought a bunch of these silicone caps in anticipation of the USA Swimming Olympic trials beginning 6/15. I will be using them ( along with USA Swimming Lanyards, and USA Swimming tee-shirts ) to encourage the lap swimmers where I live to swim some extra laps to " qualify." LOL
All in good fun ! It will be a great way to reward folks for putting in some extra effort... and get everyone excited for the trials and then , the Olympics in Paris !
