Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is a fantastic suit.
I was in search of better leg coverage as I'm not young anymore. But I'm getting back into lap swimming in preparation for a triathlon summer of 2026.
The suit stays in place to keep me from getting distracted with adjusting.
The only con is the pads in the chest. I have left them in for modesty but it takes a bit to get them just right!
