Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is my second one of these shirts. After a lot of use it started to get a little stretched out. I was happy the product was still offered. It's a great product at a fair price.
I fluctuate between medium and large in tee shirts. I bought the large and it has a nice form fit without being restrictively tight.
