Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It's well made for a great price. I am 5'4", 130lbs. I generally wear a 6 or 8 in clothing. I am more curvy through the hips and smaller on top, barely a B cup. The suit stays in place, doesn't ride up in or out of the pool. While I required a 34 overall, the top edge of the suit is a little looser. Not a deal breaker. I like the open back and the higher cut of the leg. It's perfect for swimming but also a little spicy!

Excellent quality and fit. Can reverse so can be worn as two different colours. True to size but could have sized down for my Daughter since it was a little loose in chest area and she needs it tight for competitive swimming.
