      WOW! Keeps me warm while swimming in cold water!

      I swim 5 mornings a week and there are only 4 warm lanes and 4 cold lanes. When the warm lanes are filled, I try swimming in the colder lanes and I immediately shiver. I feel cold the entire day.

      Today I wore my themo-X long sleeve over my bathing suit. WOW! It kept me warm and I was able to swim 30 laps and do some stretching exercise. I did my regular 30 minute morning swim routine and felt great! I now have 8 lanes available to me every morning. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra warmth when swimming in colder water.

      6 feet 225 pounds 40D. Size XL. Extra length to sleeves enabled a perfect fit. Excellent fit across the chest. Provides the warmth expected in a thermal top. Met all my expected needs.

      Excellent Insulated Rashguard

      This is great top! Even with a long-sleeved wetsuit top and bottoms, I get cold snorkeling in the ocean during peak seasons in Mexico. The added warmth from this top made all the difference. I was able to be in the water for 1-2 hours before feeling the chill. The skin side is fuzzy and soft and the top was so comfortable that, after taking off my wetsuit, I kept it on while laying in the sun to dry off. I highly recommend it!
