O'Neill Women's Thermo-X Long Sleeve Insulating Rashguard

I was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually makes a big difference. It's a snug fit initially but, unlike other rash guards with a snug fit, it wasn't hard to get on and, once on, I didn't notice it at all. I'd buy it again.

Our pool is usually around 78°. The heater has been on the brink for the last few weeks so the water temp has been around 77° 76°. By the other reviews I sized up to a large I usually wear a medium, once the insulated rash guard gets wet It does stretch out; so I think I would have preferred a medium for swimming laps on a masters team. The large would be more comfortable if you were using it for paddle boarding or kayaking. It keep me very comfortable and was not binding to swim in, while my teammates were on the cold side.

I swim outdoors in the winter months. Pool is about 78 degrees. This makes winter swimming so much more enjoyable and keeps my upper body warm. I’m 5’4”,

120 lbs and a medium fits perfectly.

Love this rashguard. I used it tonight for the first time. I felt warm and comfy in the pool for 3 straight hours teaching lessons. The pool was a tad warmer than usual but still it fit great and did the job.
