My son uses these 5 times a week in competion swim. He lost his and had me buy the same ones again. He loves them.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. They are functional and comfortable. They came with plenty of tubing for versatility. Much more than I ended up using. I strung one piece of rubber across the bottom for my wrist and one smaller piece for my middle finger to fit through. Then I cut off some of the excess tubing. This is the set-up I like to use and the paddles stayed nice and secure. I purchased the medium. It was large enough to increase resistance without straining my shoulders. Perfect hand paddles!

These paddles fit my hands well. I like all the strapping material they came with- I was able to customize them to my needs. I like the curve in the palm instead of a flat paddle.

Great product. You can set it up anyway you like with as many or little straps as you want. Excellent way to change up a workout.
