      I was happy these cuffs actually stay on after using others that were a waste of money. Well designed and work well for aquajogging.

      These water joggers give a better workout than without them on. They also help your legs float when not trying to job...that's double duty from these cuffs. Very comfortable, practical and ease to put on and take off.

      Easy on-Easy off. Provides good resistance but I wish they had options for weight. Having never used these before, I had nothing to compare to.
