I’m in my late 70’s and started doing water aerobics for exercise and increasing flexibility, strength and balance. My instructor recommended these weights as good starters for me . They are working well, the first ones I tried were too large and difficult to use until I get stronger

I lead a group of water exercisers in deep water routines.
The pool where we exercise has only one type of buoyant dumbbells, so I bought these light water dumbbells for someone in the group who cannot use high resistance dumbells due to a hand issue. She reports that these light dumbbells are easy to use and they do not bother her hands. Thanks to these light dumbbells she can complete the entire dumbbell routine.

I think these weights are exactly what I ordered. I wish they came in various colors so I could pick mine out of the pack more easily, but that's a minor point. They are fine for use in water aerobics.
