I have not raced in it yet, but it earns top marks after a few training sessions.First, I took it for a swim session in the pool. My biggest set was 30 mins continuously and I was comfortable the whole time, no issues. I was skeptical of the cycling pads affecting my kick, but I forgot about that by the end of my first 50m. The tri suit seems faster and more buoyant than my typical jammers.The next test I did was a bike/ run indoor gym session. I did 1hr on the spin bike followed by 20 mins running on the treadmill. I wore a long sleeve t shirt over the suit. It was a very comfortable, breaths well, no chafing. As for fit 5’8” (68”) 168lbs M feels great.

I purchased this Tri suit for an Olympic distance event I completed last weekend. Very satisfied with the fit! It's definitely true to size. The suit is form fitting, and I used the back pocket for my Clif Bloks used during the run. Very satisfied with this being my first Zone3 product.

Not for a full length race. Maybe good up to an Olympic. not nearly enough padding.
