Ok, I can’t stand neoprene caps with straps. So I tried this one. Game changer. I couldn’t even feel the cold water. I’m 100% thrilled with this. It fits snug but not too snug. It covers the top of my ears and stays in place.

Like this cap! Used for a swim in SF Bay and bought it because I did not want a chin strap. I have used chin strap neoprene caps before and experienced chafing on my neck. This kept me warm and comfortable.

I've been researching and buying winter swimwear to do lap swimming in my backyard. Water temps (56 -72 degrees).The Zone 3 strapless cap (size medium) works great since it kept my brain from freezing in the coldest temps. I also wore the Zone 3 swim silicone cap provided and this helped keep the water out of my ears and also firmly in place.I also purchased the Zone 3 swim cap with a strap (from the Zone 3 site) but was a size small. I'm just able to wear the size small since the strap keeps it on my head and doesn't bother me while swimming. I like the strapless one the best for the colder water since it's a lot thicker/warmer than the cap with the strap. Hopefully these products will hold up using them in my chlorinated pool as long as I rinse them well after each use.

Keeps my head warm while swimming, and makes a considerable difference in comfort. Down side is that it rides up on my head, which I imagine is why similar caps have chin straps. This one looks better than one with a chinstrap, but likely is less practical.
