Works for me - older Masters Swimmer, swim IM, BR and sprint Free. I am 5'4", 135lbs but muscular. I normally wear a 32 in practice suits and went down to a 29 in Venzo. If I was younger and had more of a waist I might have tried to get into a 28, just not up for the struggle. There is taping around the waist (only suit I have seen that) which felt odd at first as my body type is pretty straight. Takes a little while to get on but not any more than the Avictor. Suit material is more durable than Avictor and thicker. Heavy compression but comfortable enough to stay in the suit all day long for Championship meets. Have set record times so can't complain! I had purchased an Arena Women's Powerskin Carbon Core FX Open Back Tech Suit Swimsuit in a 28 and that was way too big. I went by the size charts on that but could have gone to a 26.
