      At first I thought the arms might be too short, but when I had the jacket sitting over my shoulders properly, the sleeves were a good length. I'm 5'7" and close to 185 lbs and an XL is a good fit for me with some room to spare. This is a nice cozy option after drying off with a microfiber towel. I stayed warm the whole day while at a swim meet in this number. Love it
