So far has fit every staff members head size. The dark underbill really helps with the morning glare on the water for our guards.

My son became a certified life guard this summer, this is a very nice visor, good quality, and comfortable. He uses it everyday. Much nicer than another visor we ordered that was a few dollars a cheaper, this is worth the extra couple dollars for TYR brand Love it

This is a great visor. My daughter loves it, and finds the black underbill really reduces glare.
