I've been trying various "long hair" caps, with varied success. My hair is beyond shoulder length and I usually put it in a bun for swimming. I've used this model for the past week for my daily one mile ocean swims, and it does the best job of any I've tried of keeping all my hair under the cap and staying in place throughout the swim. It also tends to stay over my ears, which is a nice bonus.
