Plenty thick with full lining. It's a good training suit with leg bands that stay put. Not sure about other suits but I am 31 waist, had to swap for 34 and still snug.

I don't think the bottom piping on the suit will last long.

The fit is just all wrong on this suit. It comes up too high on the waist, and the black leg grippers didn't grip at all.
