    Not quite 38

    I've been wearing size 38 in Sporti, ISwim, and other brands but oddly, this one carefully measured was only 30 inches around or 15 inches when folded flat. It will stretch to 37-38 inches but is very tight. It may be what I need for encouragement to loose a bit of weight!
