This is a great product. Not annoying like neoprene but warmer than silicone. Makes a big difference for swimming below 64 degrees.

I wear a thermal cap to keep warmer and keep my hair out of my face. I cannot wear anything tight on my head, so a regular swim cap is not an option. This cap is tighter than I like, but it works. It is also great under a baseball hat.

Cap serves my purpose. Bright color so can be seen. Fits well and stays on well. But, I have thin hair and shoulder length. For women with longer , thicker hair, may be too small.
