Easy to inflate/deflate, sturdy, comfortable to wear, and although not intended for flotation it does give you something to hold onto for a little rest.

Safety First
The buoy has held its air for days. It is very visible for swimming in open water. My only concern might be that it is not as large as some others - that is nice for the swimmer but harder to see when the waves are bigger.
