StrechCordz Ankle Elastic

Easier said than done! as a new swimmer It was hard for me to keep my feet toguether. I had to sewed the elastic band to make it a little tighter so that it wouldn't come out of my feet but it DEFINETELY does the trick.

it doesn't really work as i thought and not that useful at all. basically, when you practice with a pull bouy, you don't really need this one at all.

As expected.

For most age groupers, this works well if placed above the knees and used for freestyle kicking (for a tighter kick) and in swimmers under age 13 for breastroke kicking (preventing overly wide knees). For men, the ankle elastic seems to work at the ankles for freestyle kicking. Over time, the elastic starts to fray at the edges.

The band is way too big for kids. I wanted to use it for myson so he cound keep his feet together in butterfly but it is pretty useless.
