My daughter is using this dumbell as she learns swimming

Excellent tool for teaching kicks, crawl stroke arms, and side breathing with young swim students.

This was exactly what was used at grandson's swim class

I bought a pair so my older son could swim in the pool without the arm flotties and my little one can rest while still wearing his lifevest.

The foam on the handles is definitely better than those with none.
