Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love the cut on these bottoms! I was originally planning to wear them for training but they’re so cute, I might wear them as my leisure suit. I usually wear an XS but bought S in these which fit perfectly. They are snug but they don’t cut into me. They stay on great! For reference, I have about a 36 inch hip and 25 inch waist.
