Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The fit is great, as are the pockets and internal draw string, so it's really unfortunate that the pinkish material turns pretty transparent when wet. I hope Sporti makes a semilar suit in the future that isn't as revealing.
