Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These bottoms are tight and great for training. They don’t come off but they also don’t have any forgiveness size-wise. I usually wear an XS in everything but got a Small in these bottoms. They fit great! I have about a 36inch hip and they fit tight around them.

These bottoms have a strange cut and are very long meaning the waist is really high. I think they are designed to pull way up your ass so you are super showing off your butt cheeks. Yet if they were smaller they’d be too tight, and I’m a vey slender build. Also the fabric is pretty cheap and doesn’t look as cool in person, actually kinda ugly, I will never wear this
