Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Have worn these for four 2-hour swims. They have a good fit and feel to them. It’s early to judge durability at this point but do suspect they will be as good if not better than most other brands.
