Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love the suit and matching cap, I look so fierce at the pool 😂 I do wish I sized up though; I normally wear size 6 clothes and the 34 was the wrong choice! Not enough coverage, not long enough, a little tight! My nips almost fall out while swimming because it’s too short! I like the material though and do recommend
