Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

demographics; 5'8, 135, in my 30's i got a medium in the top and bottom, definitely the right fit, they dont fall down when i push off walls. there is a string on the inside if i feel the need, which is nice.

According to Sporti's fit chart, I'm a size small on bottom but medium on top (I wear size 4-6), but medium fit best on top (sold seperately) and bottom. It's less cheeky on me that on the model and covers everything, but I wish it gave a bit more coverage. It was the most comfortable bottom I've ever swam in and has a drawstring if it stretches out. The top looks good with TYR full coverage bottom if you want more coverage. On sale I bought extras as my go to lapsuit since my torso is too long for one piece.
