Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It was okay. Definitely size up it runs very very small and tight. I swim almost daily and tried this out for a while, it honestly felt very stiff and not stretchy or athletic at all. Not bad though maybe I just needed a bigger size.
