Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Some people call me "spider" and I think they'll hoot to see the "web" pattern in this Jammer. I like the snug leg so it doesn't trap air and bob me like a float! If you are muscular with large legs, you might want a size larger but I don't have that problem...my muscles are camouflaged! Seriously, it was before Thanksgiving and a birthday party when I ordered these and I'm sure they will fit better when I loose the newly added weight. Fine now. Ordered 40, wt 182, 5'8" tall.
