Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I was really concerned about this showing my “fat rolls”. Then thought well, when you’re 70 you’re not gonna look like a 20 year old. At least not me. It’s nice and snug which helps a lot and very nice for water aerobics because it won’t flop around like a 2 piece which is what I usually wear. Very nice swimsuit
