Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I decided on a unitard because the skirt of my one-piece kept flipping up and I’m not happy with my upper thighs.
Right out of the bag, I loved this suit. It could have been a hair smaller, but definitely not a whole size smaller. I wore it to water aerobics yesterday, and was so pleased with the easier movement!
I’ll probably be looking for a long sleeved unitard next summer…and I know right where I’ll go!
