Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This top is very nice quality. It also has adjustable straps and you can crisscross them in the back or leave them straight. It is a nice feature since I needed the top to be a little smaller in the bust. Easy to get on and off and easy to wash.
