    Length, width, and resistance give me options

    My old bands have worn out. This one has a resistance that is just a bit challenging for me, and long enough that I can tie it off to something immobile, or double it up, whatever I need. They didn't cheat on the length or the width. I appreciate that.

    stretchy band

    This is a great band for yoga (and pilates) - it's long, and strong but has lots of stretch.
