Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Great gloves, don’t know if they are supposed to fit super tight. But you’ll will need to order 2 sizes larger.
I wear size medium gloves; ordered large and they are super tight.
