Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

very nice suit. a little large, but fits nice otherwise. i am a little afraid it will stretch out early, as i wear it 3 days a week. hopefully it will not fade too soon in Clorine pool. it took a long time to get it to the house, but, worth waiting for. i like that it is fully lined.
