Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The cap fits my head snuggly and overall is of good quality. The silicone feels ever so slightly thinner than my TYR cap but doesn’t make a difference. I like that the cap is made from recycled materials and didnt mind paying slightly more for that reason.
