      Great quality

      I have the brand TheraBand lightweight and needed the a "heavier" set. This pair is just as good as the brand. I'm happy with it.

      Great water weights

      These match the weights I had been using in a water aerobics class. Now that the building's outdoor pool is open, I'll be using them through the summer for daily exercise.

      Feels less substantial and ends can slip off

      I purchased these and another set and assumed this would have more resistance because of the description. I don’t think these are as high resistance as stated and they feel more flimsy. One end slipped off (easily pushed back together)
