Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I pounded out a mile in this suit last Tuesday. It kept all my jiggly bits still so I could concentrate on swimming without constantly checking straps and whatnot.
