Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have only worn one because it was the smaller size. You didn't have the smaller size in the others and I was bigger last year and they would have fit better. They still fit just not the spandex snug but I like them all.

Solid suit. I wanted something secure for swim aerobics and this is great. The cups inside were very wonky and wrinkled when I got it and technically not removable, but with a tiny incision I got them out and no real harm done. I would suggest sizing up by one, like the other reviews say, unless you want it very snug.
