      I bought this for me, I am a 54 year old mom who swims while my son is at swim team practice. I have really long hair and it is frizzy and thick and this cap keeps it all inside while lap swimming. Plus it is fun. I recommend this cap for other long haired swimmers.

      Best Cap For practice

      Cap is great for practice, keeps water out of ears perfectly, but did rip after 3 months 5 days a week. Still my favorite cap.
