Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This suit is very comfortable to swim laps in. It fits as expected. Tight fitting which is perfect. Hopefully it will last as long as some of my other lap swimming suits I have bought in the past, mainly Dolfin.

I do aqua jogging and other strokes and this suit fits so well and is so comfortable, allowing arm movement without restraint. Also very flattering. Great suit and a wonderful price.
