Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I'm normally a size 8 in shoes and I got a SMALL. Fits perfect. There are no gripper on the bottom of the sock, heads up. I haven't tried them with my fins yet.

Have not worn these in water with my snorkel fins yet, but they are very comfortable on dry land. I get blisters on my feet and toes if I don't wear socks with dive and snorkel fins. Looking forward to trying them in water in a few weeks!
