Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Every swim cap from sporti never disappoints. The color scheme is not exact as the picture and the cap came in a chalky residue. It’s coming off little by little but it does not shine like the other sporti caps I’ve used. I highly recommend sporti for caps due to the fact that the cap was SUPER easy to put on and it STAYS on! I have thick wavy hair and tried a TYR swim cap for long hair and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I struggled to put on my TYR swim cap and it kept on sliding off. Anyway! I recommend the sporti caps, but not necessarily this color scheme. Hope this was helpful! :)
