Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It is super tight. Better for kids. Material does not feel like silicone. It's sticky and stuck to the cellophane package. Had lines on it from them sticking together that would not come off. It is thick but has a very textured interior. I like silicone caps because they are smooth and don't pull out my hair. This acts more like latex. Will not buy this cheap brand again. Wish I could return it. Very disappointed.
