Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I usually wear a Jammer between the parking lot and te beach. When I get to my spot on the beach, I set up my towel and chair. I feel good wearing it and I often continue to wear it wear it while sunning on the beach. Otherwise, I wear a brief swimsuit.
