Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

My 14 year old loves this suit! Ordered two colors and its a suit she can wear. for swim team or just swimming with friends. She is 5'8", 120 pounds and we got a 32. I would say these are true to size and definitely don't run as small as TYR.
