Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have worn the Sporti HydroLast swimsuit twice. I cannot speak to its resistance to wear and chlorine, but I do appreciate its solid construction. I want slightly more support in the breast area, but that fitting is all personal and doesn't speak poorly of the suit.
